It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve as your Montgomery County Judge. Since taking office, we have faced unprecedented challenges together – from historic natural disasters to economic uncertainty and federal overreach. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my commitment to the conservative values that make Montgomery County the best place in Texas to live, work, and raise a family.
Today, I am proud to announce my campaign for re-election.
We have achieved incredible milestones over the last term, but the work is not finished. As we approach the 2026 Primary Election, I am asking for your support to continue building a safer, more prosperous, and fiscally responsible Montgomery County.
Promises Made, Promises Kept
When I first ran for office, I promised to run this county like a business – efficiently, transparently, and with respect for the taxpayer. Here is what we have accomplished together:
- Historic Property Tax Relief: We didn’t just talk about lowering taxes; we did it. I am proud to have led the Commissioners Court in lowering the county tax rate by roughly 20% since taking office, ensuring you keep more of your hard-earned money while property values continue to rise.
- Unwavering Support for Law Enforcement: While other counties considered “defunding” the police, we doubled down. We have expanded resources for the Sheriff’s Office and Constables, ensuring our neighborhoods in The Woodlands, Conroe, and beyond remain safe from the crime creeping out of Harris County.
- Decisive Disaster Leadership: From winter freezes to Hurricane Beryl and recent flooding events, I have been on the ground day and night. We have streamlined our disaster declaration process to cut through red tape, ensuring federal and state aid reaches our residents faster than ever before.
- Fighting Federal Overreach: I have stood firm against mandates that threaten our personal liberties and parental rights. Montgomery County remains a beacon of freedom because we refuse to bow to pressure from Washington or liberal interest groups.
Why I Am Running for Re-Election
I am running for re-election because Montgomery County is at a crossroads. As our community grows, we face increasing pressure on our infrastructure and a constant threat to our conservative culture.
I am running to ensure that:
- We maintain a balanced budget without burdening future generations with excessive debt.
- We prioritize infrastructure that keeps traffic moving in our rapidly growing county.
- We protect our values, standing for the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and the rule of law.
We cannot afford to let Montgomery County turn into another Harris County. We need experienced, battle-tested leadership that will hold the line.
